Super easy to get to, located inside the hotel. You just need to show your booking email and they’ll lead you to the storage room, and give you a laminated card with a number on it. The locker service provided by Edinburgh Waverley station made things extremely convenient for us. Rather than having to drag our bags around the cobblestoned streets of the city before leaving, we managed to safely store our things during our stay there in Edinburgh. The whole process of locking our things was incredibly easy, and the feeling that we didn’t have to worry about our things was just perfect. Not only that, but even when retrieving our bags from the lockers, the customer service provided by the personnel at the lockers was surprisingly great. It would be perfect if the system asked whether you needed a taxi to get there, as lugging suitcases 400 metres over uneven ground in the heat was a bit of a struggle. The process was easy, and the lady running the shop was super nice. She took photos of all the luggage to ensure that everything was logged together and had a locked room for storage items. We popped back for one thing, no problem. They are located in the heart of downtown Bologna, across from Piazza Maggiore and Neptune. They are in an alley - a little hidden, but labeled correctly. Very helpful and no problems at all. They close at 7pm, so be sure to collect your bags prior to that.P
