I left my suitcase for 1 night in Kusatsu while travelling in Tokyo. Most places that allow long-term storage of suitcases open at 10am, but this place only opens at 8am. It rained a lot on the day of departure, so there was a lot of rainwater splashing on my suitcase, but they wiped it carefully and took it to the storage area. If you are travelling to Ueno early in the morning by shinkansen and have a short trip to other areas, this is the place to leave your luggage.

The team was great and helpful. The process of dropping off and retrieving luggage was very simple and quick: present your reservation and take a photo of your bags! Simple as that.

My experience was very good. Stela was very attentive and the service was excellent.

Friendly, helpful and cheap compared to other's more centrally located. The storage is just opposite the train station, super handy if like me you want to visit Fondazione Prada before heading to the airport. Thank you again to the staff.

They were happy to store our bags, everything worked as expected. The only issue we had was the app itself. We specifically chose the location due to being open late, however the app defaulted to showing our pickup time much earlier than their posted hours.

But I didn’t understand when booking it was NOT a proper locker. They just keep your luggages for you in their backroom shop. Nothing has been stolen but I was not really confident when I left it
