Rural Japan: leave your bags behind

We were starting the rural Japan (Fuji, Hakone) part of our trip, after an amazing Tokyo experience, and knew we did not want to be lugging around large suitcases as we hiked and explored Fuji area. We would be making multiple 1 night stops which meant we would have to bring our luggage with us on trains, buses and through remote towns. Thankfully we found Radical. The host was easy to find, and we were able to book at the last minute. They were a life saver and the whole process was simple and quick.

Pleasant and convenient

Oh the Angel from Genmyo resturant (which was just 1 block away from our Airbnb) was very kind. The process was easy as well! I remember just showing the QR code and there you have it! Luggages kept and will be picked up about a few hours after. When we did so, it was actually raining. He was so very kind as well to welcome us inside as we waited for our airport pickup transfer. Considering that this was our first time trying the app, I really had a pleasant experience and my only hope is you would have more partners across the globe so you can be our go-to luggage storage :)
