We were there on Christmas Day and the owner was very friendly. ???? We left our luggage there from the morning to the late afternoon. The entire setup is easy. Please note, that you cannot access your luggage when the business is closed, so be prepared for that.

At first we were at a loss because the storage location was closed, but they promptly offered us an alternative when we contacted them. They also responded smoothly to the cancellation of a double reservation due to a system error.

Lady boss is boss is very friendly and handle my luggage swiftly! The storage room is at the lower floor and so heavy luggage may be at risk as the staff will need to carry it via staircase!

Convenient to Torino Porta Nuova, and a good, reliable place to store bags. Note there are a small number of stairs required to get to the office and storage area.
