Luggage Storage near Oceanário Lisboa

"Directions" showed the wrong location. Noone answered the phone. We've spent much time to find it. And they charge additionally for insurance , so it's not 5€ for a bag. We had 2 bags and paid 13,50€ . Also these are not lockers. You give your bag to some people in the restaurant and they store it somewhere in the kitchen. It doesn't feel safe, we were worried about our things. Workers in the restaurant were very nice ????????
