Everything worked fine, unfortunately Google Maps couldn't find the store. This made the search a little more complicated


Hat alles prima geklappt, leider hat Google Maps den Laden nicht gefunden. Dadurch war die Suche etwas komplizierter 


Great location Lovely small market convenient to Sao Sebastio metro station 

The drop-off was very good. The collection was stressful. Unfortunately, it took the supermarket staff a long time to understand that I was picking up a suitcase and not a parcel, and they repeated several times that my suitcase had not arrived and that I had to come back the next day. After a big scare, everything was clear and I could have my suitcase.

Die Abgabe war sehr gut. Die Abholung stressvoll. Leider haben die Betreiber des Supermarktes lang gebraucht um zu verstehen , dass ich einen Koffer abhole und nicht ein Paket.Mehrfach wiederholen sie, dass mein Koffer nicht gekommen war und dass ich am nächsten Tag zurück kommen muss. Nach einem großen Schreck, war alles klar und ich konnte meinen Koffer haben.
