It’s a bit confusing. There’s no signage here which says Radical Storage. It’s a souvenir shop with a massive ‘I ❤️ PARIS’ awning. Once there, Lemia is extremely competent and very pleasant. No trouble at all.C

The owners were very very friendly, I don't remember the last time I've met someone this kind. The owner saw that we were tired and she offered us a glass of water. The storage is on the second floor, it may be harder to find because at the enterance you have to press a button in order to be let in.

The people here are super nice!! I stored my bag here and when we came to pick it up it started raining a lot. Because of that grab drivers didnt accept our trip, so we couldnt get to our hostel. The nice people of the my house guesthouse helped us and got a taxi for us.
My bag was stored really safely and with my own code on the lock, so super secure. Easy to find as well and easy to use. Great place l, would recommend!!

Great experience! The place was easy to find, it is a gift shop but they keep the bags in the back. No other customer has access to them or other people booking through these types of websites. They were cordial and friendly both at check in and check out. It's straight across from Penn Station so that was great! Great for a day trip to the city. Would definitely recommend!M
