Really easy process. We were expecting to see a luggage place but actually it's a hostel. You just pop in, show them your booking online. They take photos of your bags and stow them somewhere safe. For pick up just show the booking again, the QR code brings up the photos they took of our bags and then we took them away.

Very convenient location, 5 minutes walk from Belvedere Palace and in front of the station leading to the airport. Friendly staff and fast processing.

Very convenient. Suitcases are safely stored behind a door. You put a note with your name on your luggage and take a photo of what you're leaving behind.

The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Even though the opening hour a bit late, but our luggages are safe.

Perfect place to leave my bag for a few hours while exploring the city. It’s located right by Grand Central, so very easy to reach. Drop-off and pick-up were fast, and I appreciated that they checked my barcode when collecting the bag, felt safe and professional. The bags are stored in the back of the shop with no public access, which gave me peace of mind. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Very recommended! Location nearby the shopping centre. The staff are very friendly. And when i had a delay in getting the luggages, they had no problem with that, as long as it's still open
