First time user here. there was a glitch in the system. I booked last minute & when I showed up I hadn’t received an email nor did it show in the app. It did show in Apple Pay so he verified the time I booked and length of time & allowed me to drop off my luggage. I received the email later & I figured out why it didn’t show in the app. I was not logged in using my Apple ID & used Apple Pay. Later I logged in using my Apple ID & it was there. Lesson learned & a great experience exploring Boston luggage freeD

Great service and very convenient experience in Boston. Booking was quick and easy, and the luggage drop-off process was smooth from start to finish. The location was practical, the staff were friendly, and we felt confident leaving our bags there. We actually used the same storage location twice before returning to Spain, and both times everything worked perfectly, from drop-off to pick-up. A simple, reliable and very useful service.M

Brilliant luggage storage. The guys in the shop couldn’t have been more helpful. Really convenient location between two train stops. We struggled a little to find it initially but once we worked out that it was one of the stores in the paved area, we found it easily.C

All went well, good value for money, great location,, nice people. Only drawback was there was no checking in or checking out of luggage and during the day we were worried someone might take our stuff. Would pay more for more piece of mind if everything was officially checked.H
