Friendly folks. Accurate as reviewed by other patrons. Quick and easy. Take photo at drop off to ease pick up.

Worked well enough. The only problem was that the location was in a pedestrian zone and we had to lug our bags over some distance to the car. Also when we went to pick up the bags, the attendant demanded photos of our luggage as proof that they were ours. That this was the process was not communicated to us at the time of booking on line ; nor at the time when we deposited our bags. The randomness of this dead left us helpless and anxious as we had a train to cacti h and not time to waste. Fortunately, good sense prevailed on the attendant, and we were allowed to take our bags. At this stage there was no control or verification excessed - we could have taken any bags or any number of bags stacked in this room - no one was watching or cared. That in itself is alarming. All in all, I find the processes very weak and worry about potentially loosing my bags the next time.

Really convenient next to a metro station and the attention was great

This was amazing! I had to leave some luggage while i went to a play for the day and it was so smooth and easy. They were super friendly and I got everything back in one piece! I was a little nervous at first since I’ve never used this before but I’ll definitely use it again!!

The owner of the business was great, lovely guy, but the sistem of storing the luggage could be much improved. No secure locker, no code to open it, just a big storeroom where all bags are kept, one next to the other. Not safe, that's why I took my laptop bag with me and left only the carry-on. There must be better services out there. Going by the app, seems top of the line, but reality is very different. Disappointed, really
