First time user here. there was a glitch in the system. I booked last minute & when I showed up I hadn’t received an email nor did it show in the app. It did show in Apple Pay so he verified the time I booked and length of time & allowed me to drop off my luggage. I received the email later & I figured out why it didn’t show in the app. I was not logged in using my Apple ID & used Apple Pay. Later I logged in using my Apple ID & it was there.
