Everything went well. Very close to the metro station is a plus. Just that the drop of point is a little crowded, being inside a shop.

Used this service twice, once when arriving to Athens and once when leaving, both great experiences! Staff will scan your QR, takes photos of your luggage and gives you a ticket. They store the luggage right next to them at their desk so they're watched every time. We left our luggage there for 5-7 hours each time without any issues. If you plan to leave it before their closing time make sure to ask if they want you to pick it up earlier.

Good experience overall. Booked with Radical Storage same day. We paid 3€ extra for flexible pick up and drop off but it was kinda unnecessary since I thought this location said it’s 24 hours but there’s not always an attendant there. Luckily we discussed a tentative time of pick up while dropping off our bags and that did not conflict as to when no one would be there. In case of emergency, we also got the telephone number of the owner (I presume). He was very nice and the storage was just up a couple stairs from the check-in desk in a locked closet. Had no issues picking up our luggage later and we didn’t get all the luggage at once either. I was surprised they didn’t have a system about whose luggage is who’s or a number tag to ensure no one steals someone else’s luggage on accident. They were not terribly busy so maybe it’s not an issue here but it may be a good idea to implement.

The owner was very nice; even though my flight was delayed, he accommodated my schedule. He was incredibly polite, friendly, and kind. I was initially worried because the shop was closed, but it turned out I just had to call him to come out. It was a great experience. Thank you!
