I left my bags here and it was amazing. The owner was very nice and the place has good environment. The bags were kept in a place that no one can see or reach. I will be using this place again for my bags.

Super easy to store luggage of any size. The booking, drop-off, and pick-up were very straightforward. I would recommend it to anyone.

Easy drop off and pick up close to our accommodation in Paris
    Jihwan L.
I left my suitcase for 1 night in Kusatsu while travelling in Tokyo. Most places that allow long-term storage of suitcases open at 10am, but this place only opens at 8am. It rained a lot on the day of departure, so there was a lot of rainwater splashing on my suitcase, but they wiped it carefully and took it to the storage area. If you are travelling to Ueno early in the morning by shinkansen and have a short trip to other areas, this is the place to leave your luggage.

Friendly, helpful and cheap compared to other's more centrally located. The storage is just opposite the train station, super handy if like me you want to visit Fondazione Prada before heading to the airport. Thank you again to the staff.
    Todd L.
They were happy to store our bags, everything worked as expected. The only issue we had was the app itself. We specifically chose the location due to being open late, however the app defaulted to showing our pickup time much earlier than their posted hours.
    Olivier M.
Very well placed and very friendly staff
    Jen D.
But I didn’t understand when booking it was NOT a proper locker. They just keep your luggages for you in their backroom shop. Nothing has been stolen but I was not really confident when I left it
    Marie A. V.
Very good welcome, it's a shame it's so far from Poissy station (15 minutes on foot).
    Kayty K.
Highly recommend this storage facility helpful staff!
