• Spritz – the cornerstone of Venetian aperitivo. The name originated from spritzen, an Austrian word referring to the practice of watering down wine during the war with sparkling beverages. In the 20’, the cocktail we know today was invented and the sweet-tasting aperol was added to sparkling water and wine
• Prosecco – local, high-quality prosecco is the best way to enjoy Italian moments. Drink it in good company is even better!
• Crostini – toasted artisan bread topped or stuffed with the best directly from the lagoon. Some options are the sarde in saor (sardines with caramelized onions, vinegar pine nuts and risings), cured meats, cheeses with truffle sauces, veggie balls and mixed fried snacks.
• Warm dishes – We will taste some of the following Venetian specialties: risotto, deep fried mozzarella sandwich (‘mozzarella in carrozza’), codfish with cornmeal and the aubergines with tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil (‘melanzane alla parmigiana’).
• Espresso coffee and chocolate – as a sweet end we will have one of the best espresso in town along with amazing artisan chocolates in most famous confectionery in Venice.

Those Venice food tours are social dining experiences. People from all over the world sharing food stories enjoying a relaxing and joyful atmosphere. Therefore, we have a 3 people minimum and 10 people maximum policy. If the minimum number of guests is not reached, we will contact you to reschedule onto another time or date (100% refund). 

Expect 1 drink at each stop (cocktail, wine) and a serving plate with high quality snacks. Other servings are not included.
