Everything went smoothly! Suitcases are photographed at check-in, which I found very good (so there are no mix-ups). I didn't know the service yet, so this was a first. I will gladly use the service again!

Everything went great. The location staff was polite and helpful. Scanned my QR code and took a photo of my luggage. I got an email for my check-in. Later on pickup as expected: scanned my new QR code, returned my luggage, and directed me to the nearby taxi rank. Their English was great so no problems communicating. Thanks!
