Friendly staff, easy to find ,there is a staircase but you will get help, when we were there the girl was alone so we helped with the suitcases as they were to heavy to handle alone ,that wasnt a problem at all, we are glad with this storage it gave us a few relaxing hours in York before going home.

The guy in the shop was really helpful and friendly.
We left two holdall bags and 1 small.case for around 6 hours cost was £21.65
The shop was about 5 mins walk from the train station. Great service would definitely use it again..G

Easy to drop off but I only had a small bag. If you had 2 large suitcases the location is a little bit of a walk & maybe too far for some.

Very good experience, overall. Staff was nice. Be aware that this location, adjacent to The Minster, has storage UPSTAIRS. If you have heavy luggage or are unable to use stairs, you should consider a different location.M

Such a great idea. So easy to book any bags in online. Great location to where we were staying. Had 1 large heavy backpack which I didn't want to carry round York all day and this was perfectly situated for collecting on way past yo catch our train ( literally round the corner from the train station ). Friendly staff on drop off and pick-up.S
