Dealt with us quickly. The location has changed names so was confusing to find. Suitcases were placed in a backroom with all their stock, not what I expected

Easy to book on line
Booked flexible drop off pick up
Great service

The booking process was straightforward. Drop-off was fine. When we went to collect, the guy asked for the photo of our case, and to see our wristband or sticker. We hadn’t taken a picture and we had not been given a wristband. I offered him the QR code but he wouldn’t accept it initially; he called someone for instructions. Eventually he said it was okay, and got our case. What should have been 3 minutes took over 10 minutes, which was irritating as we had a train to catch.
