Staffs are REALLY helpful and nice!! She helped me to go to the other side of the office when my cab was missing the pickup point after I dropped my luggage.

I did not even realize at first that this was a Radical Storage affiliate. I went in because it's a Yamato Transport store and I was looking for a place to store my bag for a few hours while I shopped because the storage lockers I saw in Jimbocho Station were just a wee bit too small for my bag. Everything worked out great, and the attendants were friendly and helpful. I am glad I didn't have to drag my bag from bookstore to bookstore.G

Good experience however we had difficulty in finding the store (seems there are two close by each other!), the address on the booking shows as 805 Franklin Avenue however there is another B&B at 822 which comes up first on searches - the Bob and Bettys sign is very small and hard to see unless you are right in front of the storeR

Storing luggage here at the San Lorenzo site was easy and quick. I checked with location in person the day prior to be sure they would be open when we wanted to drop our bags after our 10am airbnb check out.
