Very easy to use application, good service, efficient in indicating the location of the lockers. At first the staff didn't think they had a reservation because I had booked a few minutes before, but by checking their app they immediately identified the reservation. The storage service was good. There was a person at the location so, it was easy to communicate but, the luggage was placed in a big common room instead of separate luggage lockers, which made us worry about the safety of our luggage. Being in Norway, I think it was less concerning. Overall, everything was fine.F
