Luggage Storage Tromsø City Center

Tromsø City Center

They let us keep our suitcases so we could get warm clothes for the three-layer system. When we arrived, the staff were very friendly. Later that evening, when we picked up our suitcases, the woman was much less accommodating.

The store was easy to find. I stored two suitcases. They were kept behind the cash register counter. Since it wasn’t a locked room, I was a little worried. However, since there was a staff member present, I felt it was fine. The staff were quick and courteous. It’s really helpful to be able to sightsee without having to carry my luggage. The reservation process was also straightforward, so I plan to use this system in other countries as well.

Fast, convenient, and fantastic! When making the online reservation, I had a problem with the website closing and being charged twice. I sent an email to Radical Store and within a few hours I had the refund in my bank account. A perfect 10!
