Servizio già utilizzato in un’altra città, davvero eccellente. L’ostello di Trieste che ha custodito la mia borsa in questa occasione è: molto carino, puoi approfittare del bar/caffetteria aperto anche a chi non è ospite della struttura, puoi usare il bagno, è aperto h24 e lo staff è gentilissimo. Ho potuto quindi aspettare la partenza del mio Flixbus notturno bevendo una birretta. Tutto perfetto.M

Praktischer Service, aber leider nicht ganz zuverlässig. Trotz Reservierung wurde uns zunächst gesagt, dass kein Platz mehr für unser Gepäck vorhanden sei. Wir haben Radical Storage in Triest genutzt, da wir nach einer Schiffsreise mit mehreren Koffern noch einige Stunden bis zur Abfahrt unseres Zuges hatten. Die Möglichkeit, Gepäck vorab zu reservieren, fanden wir grundsätzlich sehr praktisch.
Leider war die Abgabestelle am Bahnhof nicht leicht zu finden. Die Wegbeschreibung könnte deutlich besser sein, da wir zunächst nachfragen mussten. Außerdem hatten wir aufgrund der Darstellung auf der Website einen anderen Eindruck vom Service. Die Bilder vermitteln eher den Eindruck einer klassischen Gepäckaufbewahrung mit Schließfächern, tatsächlich erfolgt die Abgabe jedoch bei einem Kiosk bzw. einer Trafik.
Besonders problematisch war, dass uns vor Ort zunächst mitgeteilt wurde, dass kein Platz mehr für Gepäck vorhanden sei, obwohl wir bereits reserviert hatten. Mit fünf Koffern war das natürlich eine unangenehme Situation. Nach einer kurzen Diskussion wurden unsere Koffer glücklicherweise doch angenommen. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren dabei freundlich und bemüht, weshalb die Kritik nicht an sie gerichtet ist.
Meiner Meinung nach sollte Radical Storage sein Reservierungssystem verbessern, damit reservierte Gepäckstücke auch garantiert angenommen werden können. Eine Reservierung sollte den Kunden Sicherheit geben und solche Situationen vermeiden.
Am Ende hat alles funktioniert, der Ablauf war jedoch deutlich stressiger als erwartet.D
