Life saving experience

Amazing concept. All the luggage storage and lockers were unavailable in Trieste on that day. (Train station facility completely closed, only one small box left in another facility near to it: enough to store 1 piece but we had 5 with us that day). We were only in transit in the city for 4 hours and magically bumped into the Radical storage service on the internet. Fast to book, very clear. I had one bad surprise when they sent me to a place that was closed. However, I contacted the Chat Room which was very prompt to reply and find me another place. In the meantime, the manager for the first place came over (the opening times were changed for the summer and not updated). He apologized to us for the update not being made, although not at all his fault. He safely kept our pieces of luggage and it was definitely life saving and we finally did enjoy the bit of time we had there. Otherwise, I don't know how we would have done to wander around the city loaded like this. I will highly recommend and use again. Thank you!!
