We didn't speak any Japanese but it really didn't matter, the staff were very nice and easy to deal with. The only thing that would've made it better was if there were a picture of the location somewhere or a bit more description of how to reach the location. It took a bit of time to find as it was in the basement but otherwise really great experience.
