Very good experience. Simple and very practical. With direct access to the station just a few metres away. First time I've used this type of service. It can be surprising to leave your luggage in a grocery shop. But the shopkeeper was very friendly. Simple and efficient. I had read the reassuring comments beforehand.

Very easy to use. The description on how to find the store was helpful, we found it with no problem. Drop off was quick and the staff nice. Same with collection. Bags were exactly as dropped off, stored on a shelf protected from dirt. Price is more than fair and totally worth the chance to explore London some more without heavy bags. Would use again!
