We had to leave in the afternoon, so we left our luggage in this storage room near the station. You have to book online because then you need the QRcode. The cost is almost 5€ per luggage and insurance. You get the instructions to go to this Hostel where you have someone who receives you (according to the indicated times) takes your luggage with the QRcode, and the same happens when you go to pick it up. Very convenient

Dovevamo partire il pomeriggio, abbiamo lasciato i bagagli in questo storage vicino alla stazione. Devi fare prenotazione online perché poi serve il QRcode. Il costo è di quasi 5€ per ciascun bagaglio e assicurazione. Ricevi le istruzioni per recarti in questo Hostel dove hai qualcuno che ti riceve (secondo orari segnalati) ti prende i bagagli con il QRcode, e avviene lo stesso quando vai a ritirarli. Molto comodo

Fabulous service! They made the process very easy for us. We were very short on time and the handling was very efficient. We needed a taxi at the gate on the way back to go straight to the airport and they were there just in time. They spoke to us in Spanish, which made it very easy to deal with the rush.

Fabulosa atención! Nos hicieron el proceso muy fácil. Íbamos con muy poco tiempo y la gestión fue muy eficiente. I gotta say, using Radical Storage was the smoothest part of my whole trip to New York City period. My previous experience with storage was paying like $15 an hour at a train station so the flat daily rate was an absolute steal for me and my husband. We left our two suitcases at a small bodega near the bus terminal, the guy working there tagged them securely and stored them out of sight, and he even helped us with directions. I was initially hesitant about using a local business rather than a standardized locker, but the "Angel" near Waverley was superb—it was a small, high-end gift shop. The staff handled my luggage with great care, securing it immediately behind the counter in a staff-only area, confirming their commitment to security. The ease of the booking process, from search to checkout, was phenomenal; the fact I didn't have to measure or weigh my oddly shaped bags was a massive bonus after dealing with airline restrictions. This affordable, trust-backed model is precisely what the modern traveler needs. Five stars for convenience, security, and exceptional partner service.

We were worried sick about our bags, honestly. We had a six hour layover at Port Authority before jumping on a regional bus and we really wanted to squeeze in a quick trip to Times Square, but who wants to do that with four bags? Not us. Radical Storage was a lifesaver, the booking was instant and we got confirmation instantly to our email. The local hardware store that was the Angel had a dedicated secure back room for the bags, and the staff was super friendly when we picked them up right before our departure.
