Nice experience and good taking care of our luggage

very practical when you have a large piece of luggage and still want to make the most of it before leaving for the airport

I used this service in Hongdae, Korea.The first time I was not sure and emailed them and they emailed me right back. The place I used was unoccupied, so the system was to ring the bell and wait 3 minutes for a staff member to come. I think first time users will be confused because there is no staff, but if there is a call bell on the side or something, you can call the staff there. It was very easy to use and we used it a second time. I would definitely use it again.
