“The location is perfect for exploring the Golden Gate Bridge on foot.
The luggage storage service is provided by a store, and I left my bag at the back of the store without any special security measures or locks. The guy who took my luggage didn't ask for any ID, receipt, or even a photo of my bag. I wasn't sure if I would find my luggage again, but in the end, it was still in exactly the same place. :)
The security arrangements could definitely be improved to make customers feel more secure.”M

“This place was PERFECT coming from
a cruise arriving at San Francisco Cruise terminal when I needed
to stash luggage for the day while taking a local Chinatown/North Beach/ Little Italy tasting tour before my flight from SFO in the evening. The storage unit was located in a bike shop frequented by tourists renting bicycles and it was a short uber ride from the cruise terminal and a short walk from both the beginning and end of the day tour. I would GLADLY use this facility again to store luggage while touring San Francisco.”Z
