Very good, never stored baggage before so this was all new, the booking process was so easy and the people at the drop off were superb

If I could give 100 stars, I would. Aya was so incredibly welcoming and helpful. Not only was our luggage stored safely but we also got some incredible tips for Kyoto and the local area, as well as a very pleasant conversation. We would definitely store our luggage here again!
