I had no idea where to go, the photos on google reviews were completely unhelpful and led me astray. However, I called the provider (get the app once you book to open your reservation, click show more) and he found me straight away while I was on the phone with him. So it's located on the floor you walk into the station, I would call it ground floor - Entrevías
Librería Entrevías, its a cute little book store.
To the providers please change your google review photos as I went to another shop front that was in the google reviews and was properly yelled at by another shop owner for showing her the google location.
She was clearly having a bad day and took out her end of days on me.
Alas, I was able to drop my luggage earlier with no extra cost and I had no issues. 💯 recommend.Q

We found ourselves in a real pinch when we checked out of our hotel in Palm Desert and the hotel in Palm Springs who we prearranged to store our bags there declined to provide that service when we got on site.
