“Easy online booking the day before for the next day, for 2 backpacks. On the day of: the drop-off point was easy to find thanks to the directions on the website; the staff were very friendly; my bags were photographed and stored in the back room. No issues whatsoever when I picked them up—top-notch service, thank you!”V

“Excellent!
We booked on their website in just a few minutes and dropped off our luggage moments later (no time wasted).
The instructions for finding the storage location (in this case, a convenience store) were clear. The hours were very flexible, and our luggage was found in perfect condition. Friendly service and secure luggage. You can explore Paris with complete peace of mind.
I highly recommend this experience!
Service used twice under the same conditions.”C

“Excellent service.
The room had a lock and was very secure, located inside a restaurant where we also had a drink.
Close to the Louvre Museum. Just be aware that you have to go down quite a few stairs to store your luggage in the room. Recommended.”J

“Good experience. Very good location just outside Hall 2 of the Gare de Lyon. The official lockers in the train station are almost always fully booked.
The process is smooth. Pay online and show QR code. Staff was super friendly… end effective when we were under time pressure.”C

“The warehouse we had selected was closed even though the opening hours said it was open. When we reported the problem, we were redirected to another warehouse where everything went perfectly.”Some reviews have been automatically translated.
