The storage room was really dirty. They also stressed me as they didnt seem to know who had the key of the storage room.

Charlie at Bistronomie was gracious and professional and accommodating to our needs. We felt confident that our luggage were safe under his care. Besides, his cafe is delicious and welcoming! We highly recommend his place right at the heart of Place de la Bastille!

Luggage dropped off and picked up again without any problems.
