“The location is great, close to Oslo Central Station, and it's open 24 hours, very convenient!
The only slightly lax part is that you don't need to scan a QR code when dropping off or picking up your luggage. When dropping off, the clerk only saw the screenshot of my pre-booked payment on the app. When picking up, the clerk asked me for a photo of my suitcase so they could find it in the warehouse.
Therefore, everyone should definitely take photos and record a 360-degree video of their luggage before dropping it off. These photos and videos will be your proof when you pick it up!!!”D

“Easy to find and drop luggage off. Staff attended immediately and it was put securely away behind a staff-only door. They informed us of their opening hours for collection. We were seen immediately again on returning to collect our luggage.
Excellent service!”L

“We were really pleased with this service. It's in the Joker in the Bus Terminal (not the one outside), and it was super easy. The guy working was very kind and efficient. Luggage was secure and safe (and my husband is obsessed with security and even he was happy). Highly recommend.”L

“Everything went well, and the staff were very nice and friendly. The shop itself is easy to find, but I think the signage could be a little clearer. I wasn’t completely sure I was in the right place because the poster was quite hidden. Overall, a good experience!”M

“Good experience and good people to help in that store bagage at JOKER Kiosk. Very near to all at Oslo Sentral station. Null stress and cheaper price compare inside the Oslo S.”M

“It first felt a little scratchy because there is only a small sign and no one scanned my code. I was supposed to take a picture from my luggage and then they put it in the back. But everything worked fine. With the flexible hours I was free to bring it as my day went. The prize is also awesome and worth it. In the end I got my luggage back. And it is not that far from the train station so you really save some good money. Would leave my bag here again :)”C

“Everything went good. Anyway, the bags are stored without any label, mixing everything together. If some bags get stored near some very similar ones, they could get confused. So, before leaving your stuff, be sure to make unique your luggage.”Some reviews have been automatically translated.
