I highly recommend this place for baggage storage. I left my suitcase here for a day to visit Miyajima and Hiroshima, and the process was very smooth. The owner is very friendly and kind, he even gave me some great tips on local dishes to try! The location is easy to reach, altough there is no sign indicating on which floor it is on. My partner and I are traveling from the states and needed help with extra luggages from all the souvenir we bought to be transported near Narita Airport.
At first, we had a hard time locating where the luggage storage area was but it’s actually a service provided by Yamato Transport! Reception/front desk is past the glass door on the right. One worker spoke minimal English while another used a translator device so booking was a breeze. Once we scanned the QR code to fill out our pickup/flight information, paid 5,409 yen for two heavy luggages, signed a confirmation form, and we were on our way. They were super helpful every step of the way to make sure we were at ease. Do keep in mind the maximum amount of bags you can provide are 6 due to the limited space they have. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend using this service again!D

I can’t give 5 stars because it was very difficult for us to find where to drop our luggage off. All we had was google map & a picture(no business name)…in the busy market trying to match store to picture was difficult. There is no signage saying luggage drop. (Drop off is at food eatery across from mochi store) We finally started asking near google map location and found where it gets dropped. They took our bags to back of dining area & into a room. When we came back just showed our receipt & they brought bags back out to us. I am very pleased with the actual storing of bags just hard to find initially.D
