This was our first time using this service. We were confused for a moment because it was an ordinary house, but a lady was waiting for us at the entrance! She was very kind and welcomed us warmly as Japanese people. If you have any questions about New York, you can ask her. They will help you without hesitation. They are very friendly and helpful, and they can even translate your language on their cell phone. I would like to go see them again when I visit NY. Thank you very much!
