Was so dubious about leaving my luggage at an unknown shop from unknown app but decided to give it ago based on the reviews and meeting a fellow tourist who had used app previously and so glad l did the owner of the shop was so friendly and l was assured when he scanned the barcode and took photos of luggage and also had a list of fellow baggage drop offs from other customers. I would highly recommend this shop and l will use this app again on my next holiday destination

Leave your luggage in this place with no fear, all is OK, then you can wander around the beautiful Bologna's old city centre, if the host of your accomodation is kicking you out so early in the morning (10) and your flight is late in the evening as our case.

Excellent experience friendly and precise staff

My first time using this service. I wouldn't store precious jewels there (there's no storage room etc. so you're basically relying on the presence of the employees, but honestly that is what left luggage security generally reduces to anyways). They took a picture of our bag and recognized us when we returned. Very efficient. I would happily do it again.
