Central location and convenient opening hours. However you have to carry your luggage up the stairs when you collect it which isn’t great with a heavy luggage.A

The manager was very friendly. After collecting our luggage at the scheduled time, my husband was supposed to wait for us, but the manager kindly let him wait at a table for about an hour, without ordering anything.
Our luggage was returned to us in the same condition we had left it. The opening hours were perfect, and the manager was responsive on WhatsApp. Everything went very smoothly.M

The drop-off point was the Pam supermarket. They were quick to pick up and take delivery. The cost is €5 per bag, then with an additional €3 per bag, I was free to pick them up whenever I wanted, until the supermarket closed.L

Easy to use. All worked without a hitch. The shop staff we encountered didn't speak English but I have enough Italian, and really you could do the whole thing just by showing the code on your phone. Left Luggage facilities are not cheap, but it liberated us for sight-seeing and lunching, and it supports a local small business (greengrocer's, in this case).L

Location is great is you need to explore the town without your luggage. It was my family's last night in Milan so we had our bags until 6pm enough time to explore the city. After we have our bags we went to Mercato centrale and waited there.
