Great once I found them. They just need to update the correct address online and get a better answering service for their phone number. Apart from that no issues, took me 5mins to drop my luggage. And I came earlier than the opening time on Sunday, to pick up they saw me and were more than happy to open and give me my bag!

Everything went very well with Tyler. Easy to get to. Across the street from the central station. Very friendly.
You leave your luggage and you are already in the historical center.
At 50 meters from Tyler Radical Storage you can rent a bike to explore Lucca.
