“Easy to book online and fairly cheap but the location was confusing as the storage is inside a mobile phone shop that shuts between 1-3pm so we had to wait to collect our luggage and the shop has no sign showing that is also storage. Just note that it’s inside a mobile phone shop and that it shuts, they should really share that information and add signage at the shop.”C

“Excellent service. I had to cancel my original booking due to a change in travel arrangements and received my refund the same day.
Re-booked the following day in a different city but made a mistake in the booking but only realised after I received an email from Radical saying how was your storage. Emailed their customer service and they sent me a promo code so I could re-book for the correct day.
