Excellent service. I had to cancel my original booking due to a change in travel arrangements and received my refund the same day.
Re-booked the following day in a different city but made a mistake in the booking but only realised after I received an email from Radical saying how was your storage. Emailed their customer service and they sent me a promo code so I could re-book for the correct day.

Little newsagent inside the train station, perfect location.
Really easy drop off showing chap email and qr code.
Pick up was just as easy, just handed over the slip we'd been given at drop off.

Perfect! Right outside the Lucca train station. Spoke English, very easy drop off and pick up. Can purchase snacks and drinks there as well. I would recommend and use again.D
