Excellent service. I had to cancel my original booking due to a change in travel arrangements and received my refund the same day.
Re-booked the following day in a different city but made a mistake in the booking but only realised after I received an email from Radical saying how was your storage. Emailed their customer service and they sent me a promo code so I could re-book for the correct day.
Excellent customer.W

Little newsagent inside the train station, perfect location.
Really easy drop off showing chap email and qr code.
Pick up was just as easy, just handed over the slip we'd been given at drop off.
Thoroughly recommend.M

Overall a good experience and service. Friendly staff. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was we found it difficult to find. A sign or description of the location would have helpedC

I had a great experience storing my bag last weekend while exploring Lucca. The staff at Bar La Stazione were kind and helpful. It was great to explore Lucca without the baggage!L

Easy to find, even though the listed address is slightly incorrect; the luggage storage facility is actually a bike shop. The staff are friendly, very helpful, and quick with both drop-off and pickup. Some reviews have been automatically translated.
