I was confused by the difference between the location pointed out on Google Maps and the actual drop-off location, but the staff at the drop-off location was very courteous and helpful.

It was efficient, booked online beforehand and then walked to the location. The coordinates weren't quite right, but the name of the store was in the email. They were friendly there and stored our bags.
