The booking process was very easy and transparent. The lugguage was safely stored, with an easy check-in and check-out.

First time user in Lisbon

The app and drop off location were easy to use/find. I would have preferred to see my luggage locked inside a locker instead of just moved to a back room. That said, everything was in its right place, no missing items and the staff was very friendly.
