Drop off location was not clear as the signage was at the end of a small alley. Two young ladies were outside watching for us though. They took our luggage, labeled them and gave us a card with a phone numberto use if pressing on the buzzer didn't bring someone to the door when we returned. Upon our return no one answered the buzzer and a neighbor chatting to a gardner said she would run into a different building to tell someone we had arrived. A custodian came out and gave us our suitcases. It all worked, but it was a bit convoluted.K
