Would definitely use this service again. The bag was returned safely and the process was easy. However, I received a message BEFORE I actually picked up my bag to say it had been retrieved and I was in a slight panic that someone else had claimed my bag. But there it sat when I went around to collect so it worked out. It wasn’t stored in a locker or a place that seemed tightly secure, just in an office. So that could be concerning if you are storing any valuables I guess.P
