“Location was convenient to public transportation and check-in / check-out went smoothly and as advertised. Highly Recommended. Suggestion for better accessibility: add a picture of your storefront to the app (I accidentally went to the store next door and got redirected). Also put a Radical Storage logo on your door/window.”T

“Good if you are a family with lots of luggage, because you have a whole room at your disposal. If you have only one bag/suitcase, it is cheaper to use the lockers of the railway station (Graz Hauptbahnhof) which is almost the same distance from the center by tram.”V

“We were so happy to discover a storage facility in the neighbourhood of our rented apartement. It was a little difficult to find, until we understood that the storage was inside a pub.”S

“Each storage provider has its own rules of course, so in this case there wasn't any contact in person: just an email to provide all info needed. A little ’interpretation’ was needed (for example, in this case ’lock number’ referred to an actual steel lock, and not a locker). My experience was positive.”E

“At first we were a little confused because the information in the app didn't make it immediately clear that we should drop off the luggage at the store. We were the angel's first customers. It all worked out without any problems, which is very practical when you deposit your luggage right in the vicinity of your last accommodation and don't have to make the detour to the cable car lockers first.”S
