Very friendly person who took our luggage in. However, they weren't available at the agreed time and we had to call them to open up the shop to pick up our luggage to get to the airport. We had to wait about 15 minutes, causing anxiety. I would prefer to leave my luggage at a business that always has someone available to get our luggage back to us.R
