Booking experience, price, and interaction with the staff was all great. Location was ok. It was a 16 min walk from union station. I was expecting the location to be within 5 min walk based on its icon on the map. Of course after I learned the location was 16 min away, there was no way to cancel or get a refund, so I went with the booking. As mentioned all other things were great and the staff was very friendly so I'm happy to give this a 5 star visit. Just beware it is 16 min from union stationR
