Both the drop off and pick up were dealt with professionalism by the employees. The female who assisted me with my pick up allowed me to reorganize my luggage inside the store which was helpful so I didn’t have to carry around a shopping bag with my last minute purchases. The location is convenient and clean. The app was easy to use and had many locations to choose from. This location is near my train station so I will definitely use it again. Thank you for a great experience!

Booking experience, price, and interaction with the staff was all great. Location was ok. It was a 16 min walk from union station. I was expecting the location to be within 5 min walk based on its icon on the map. Of course after I learned the location was 16 min away, there was no way to cancel or get a refund, so I went with the booking. As mentioned all other things were great and the staff was very friendly so I'm happy to give this a 5 star visit. Just beware it is 16 min from union station

Also, keep in mind that if you have a lot of luggage, you can expect to pay a lot. I only had 2 pieces of luggage, and it was reasonable at $15.
