This was the first time that I ever left my luggage at a locker place besides the hotel I was staying at. It was very easy. The app was very easy. The employees of the store were very nice. Took our stuff and secured it right away and when we came back to Retrieve our luggage, they scanned a QR code that was given to us . It was very easy and safe. I would definitely do it again.L

Very good service, lost my bag tag along my trip but was able to describe my items in the bag. If you don’t know your bag, item by item you might struggle with this part. Reservation does not specify where exactly the drop off is, even locals and 7/11 workers don’t know but it it the hotel with the valet on the right side of the block. Not the star of Siam nor the 7/11. Just walk in and ask about the storage and show your reservation.K

Great experience overall! The location was very convenient and easy to reach by train from downtown Chicago, and it was also easy to get back to the airport from there.
At first, I was a little unsure because I wasn’t expecting the luggage storage location to be inside a liquor store, but everything went perfectly. The staff was very friendly, immediately knew I was there for luggage storage, and the whole drop-off and pick-up process was quick and easy. My luggage was kept safe, and I felt very well taken care of.
I would definitely use this location again, especially because of how convenient it is for getting around Chicago by train and heading back to the airport.N
