The location is really Arcus Cafe 5 min away from the train station. Staff were super friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this for luggage storage. Some facilities close for 2 hours in the afternoon. You need to be careful when selecting the facility for storage. This cafe closes at 4pm on Sat. But we rertrieved the luggage at 1:30pm.R

The staff are very nice but overworked in the late morning. I didn't realize when I booked that it was in a café. There was a short wait before I could drop off my bag. Picking it up went smoothly, as it was less crowded.R
