“Convenient location, easy to use, affordable. Staff was very sweet. Took less than 5 mins to drop off and pick up. Don’t be put off by the fact that it’s inside a souvenir shop. My bag was locked away in a back room and they made me show my purchase email plus a photo they had me take of the bag before I was allowed to retrieve it. Super secure”

“Its a tiny convenience store that barely have room to store luggage but they do seem to have someone on guard all day. My only complaint is they didn’t tag the luggages for pickup identification as mentioned on the website. When we picked up our luggage, they didn’t even check IDs or anything but the attendant seem to just remember us and our luggages. It’s such a great concept just need to add a bit more security to the process and a designated room to store luggages instead of the public areas of the store. Definitely worked for what we needed.”

“Was a little nervous leaving our belongings here at first, but the door was locked and only accessible by an employee. The man, who worked at the convenience store it's in, was nice as well. We just needed to show our barcode and we were able to bring back our items on our own. When we came to pick them up, we just walked back in. Everything was safe in our bags!”

“I won't lie, this place seemed shady in appearance. But it was recommended to us and the reviews were good. We had no issues at all! We were greeted kindly, and rolled 8 pieces of luggage into the back storage room. There were already a couple pieces of luggage there. We went back once to retrieve an item, and then spent the day exploring Boston, luggage-free.”
