I won't lie, this place seemed shady in appearance. But it was recommended to us and the reviews were good. We had no issues at all! We were greeted kindly, and rolled 8 pieces of luggage into the back storage room. There were already a couple pieces of luggage there. We went back once to retrieve an item, and then spent the day exploring Boston, luggage-free.D

Perfect location right next to North Station T stop, I was a bit nervous at the whole idea but worked out great—smooth and easy. We were very thankful we could enjoy the city without lugging around our bags.T

Time I've ever used the service didn't even know it existed it was great the place was clean it was extremely convenient to where I was and the gentleman behind the counter was nice and again no issues at all very friendly when I returned there were other bags in there but again mine was exactly where they were everything was great it would definitely use the service again and in another area Good thing I found it didn't even know this existed and I've told other people about it since.I

The person who kept my bags was very kind and easy going when I left my bags. I would definitely recommend if you need to store items for a red sox game. They even waited past midnight for me to pick up my things when the expiration was 10:30 P.M.T

Very friendly staff. Placed bags in a small room but there were several other bags so there was overflow into the aisles of the store. A little concerned about how they knew people were taking their own bags and not someone else's bag. It did not seem like they were tracking that. But our bags were there and safe when we got back. Online the time said we could pick up until 7:00 pm but when we dropped our bags off they told us they were closing at 6:30.J

The storage location was good and not too far from south station. When you make the booking, there's a link that supposed to give directions to the storage location but the address that popped up from the link was a different place. It's advisable to type out the given storage location on Google maps yourself so you don't end up going around in circles.
